Rebekah Vardy never fails to have some of the best online images taken by paparazzi. In this set of images, captured while she was on holiday in Portugal. The wife of Jamie Vardy, enjoyed her time by the pool, and showed off her flawless figure in a shower shot, which the photographer did not miss a trick on taking. Fair to say she gets the crown for this weeks Woman Crush Wednesday.
Kick starting my new feature, Tunes Tuesday, with this new release from AJ Tracey. The music video, being shot in Cuba, keeps it authentic to the lyrics AJ Tracey is spitting.
Having scored a Top 20 with his summer anthem ‘Butterflies ft. Not3s’, AJ Tracey switches lanes towards a harder rap sound on his new single ‘LO(V/S)ER’.
The West London rapper flexes the gritty flow he built his name off before the numbers came, with anticipation for a new project reaching fever pitch!
This track is off Cadet’s new ep “The Commitment 2”, featuring Ghetts. 2 Legends going at it over a hard grime masterpiece. Have a listen, enjoy, and don’t forget to stream the EP via Apple Music.
One of the most anticipated albums of 2017 has to be the new offering from Gorillaz, and the latest update surrounding the release comes from Pos of De La Soul, who recently talked to The Guardian about collaborating on the still-untitled project. “We actually sat down with Damon two weeks ago and he played us some of the new Gorillaz album, and it sounds amazing,” said Pos. “He played us a track that he wants us to get off on his album so we got to get in the studio and put that down.” Additionally, Pos disclosed that Snoop Dogg will also make a guest appearance on what will be the fifth studio album from Gorillaz. Vic Mensa, composer Jean Michel-Jarre, songwriter Liam Bailey will also contribute.
Its only fair to say that Frisco’s work rate of late has been on the rise, with a solid stream of bangers. Here’s a new banger he posted on his Soundcloud featuring fellow Jamaican brothers FlowDan & Newbaan. I’m looking forward to dropping this one in the club, reloads are a must!!
In this episode of “The Fix” we take a look at the Nike SB Dunk High De La Soul White Firefly. This model follows in the vain of recent SB retros that turn lows in to highs and vice versa and this pair that celebrates one of the greatest trio’s in hip hop is a welcome addition. So sit back and watch as Bannerworx breaks down the details.
The almighty, success driven Jordan brand has done it again, they are bring us what they call “Future” or rightly named, Air Jordan Future. Now I’ll be honest, the first images of this sneaker, had me like no way, I don’t like that. But now that the brand has released official images prior to it’s March 15th release, I have to say, my opinion has changed dramatically. This is a luxury looking sneaker, and a fine looking one at that. The Jumpman brand have done away with a leather upper for this sneaker, and have given it the woven material treatment. They say that this creation is “symbiotic relationship between the court and the street”. The Future silhouette is designed with an Air Jordan XI sole with a chukka style upper, complete with an asymmetrical lace-up system.
Jordan Brand’s description of the sneaker says:
With a carbon fiber plate and full-length air outsole, the Jordan Future offers lightweight comfort and cushioning. Enhancing the minimalist nature of the shoe, the deconstructed upper foregoes a heel counter and toe enforcer. The asymmetrical lacing reduces pressure across the top of the foot, while the suede interior and ankle collar enhance comfort.
The release date for the Jordan Future is Saturday 15th March, and the colour ways they have shown us are that of the Black / Glow OR Black/ Infrared version. In my opinion, I will purchase one for sure, something different and as the name says, it’s looking ahead to the Future, not trying to recreate the OG colourways and designs that so many sneaker heads would like to see protected, and remain as classics with no re-productions.
