Fashion | Air Jordan 11 Bred releasing holiday 2019?

Could we see a return of the iconic Air Jordan 11 BRED, a.k.a. Bannerz favourite sneaker? If this is true, then sign me up for 2 pairs to add to my collection. Saying that, my 2012 pair of BRED 11’s have only been worn a handful of times, and purchasing 2 brand new pairs may sound a bit over kill. Who says you can’t have multiple pairs of the same sneaker in your collection? Look at Dr Dre, he only rocks white Air Force 1’s, and has a vast collection of them ready to wear just once.

Sneaker facts –

The Air Jordan 11 Bred 2019 is one of the most popular colourways ever to be produced on the iconic silhouette, and the sneaker’s OG styling is going to be returning for the holiday 2019 season. First worn by Michael Jordan during the 1996 NBA Playoffs, the sneaker helped him earn another championship and NBA Finals MVP. Images of the 2019 edition have not surfaced yet but the sneaker sports a mixture of Black, White, and Varsity Red. The shoe will feature the same original high-cut patent leather upper and it is still unconfirmed whether they will come with “45” or “23” on the heels.

Fashion | Air Jordan 7 Retro Hare

To mark the Air Jordan 7’s 23rd anniversary, Jordan Brand is set to release the Air Jordan 7 Retro “Hare.” The “Hare Jordan” commercial, which aired in February 1992 and featured Bugs Bunny in a pair of custom sneakers, helped kick-start the colorway’s popularity, eventually spurring the creation of Space Jam. Last released as part of a countdown pack in 2008, sneakerheads had hoped it would make its solo debut someday. They will get their wish when this retro lands this weekend, at Air Jordan stockists.

Fashion | Air Jordan 11Lab4 “Black”

Introducing the Air Jordan Element 11Lab4. The Jordan LAB series got its start with Jordan Brand taking the elephant print from the Air Jordan 3 and covering the Air Jordan 5 with it.

Probably the most defining element on the Air Jordan XI is its dapper application of patent leather. Taking that defining element, Jordan Brand covers the Air Jordan 4 with patent leather. The colour choice is black, which covers the design with the exception of white on the heel of the midsole. Elegant and ready for dressy occasions.

Fashion | Jordan Brand 2015 Holiday Preivew

Jordan Brand once again has the internet buzzing, and it’s not for a release that is anywhere near releasing on the calendar. Thursday 26th February, they ended the speculation of many, with the question “Would the Aqua 8’s be released on Black Friday”. With the main Jordan model for 2015 being the Air Jordan 7, many dumbed this rumour down, but those in the know, just kept it quiet. Yes for the holiday 2015 season, which is October until December, we will see the release of the much anticipated Air Jordan Aqua 8′ s, along with the much loved Air Jordan Chrome 8’s. the other releases include Air Jordan 8 (3 Peat), Air Jordan 1 (UNC), Air Jordan 7  “Sweater”, and the Air Jordan 14 Low “Laney”.

This selection of releases has made a lot of Jordan brand fans very happy, and i am certainly looking forward to copping a few of these later this year, Enough time to save up for the selection your looking to cop.

Fashion | Air Jordan Future releasing 15.03.14

The almighty, success driven Jordan brand has done it again, they are bring us what they call “Future” or rightly named, Air Jordan Future. Now I’ll be honest, the first images of this sneaker, had me like no way, I don’t like that. But now that the brand has released official images prior to it’s March 15th release, I have to say, my opinion has changed dramatically. This is a luxury looking sneaker, and a fine looking one at that. The Jumpman brand have done away with a leather upper for this sneaker, and have given it the woven material treatment. They say that this creation is “symbiotic relationship between the court and the street”. The Future silhouette is designed with an Air Jordan XI sole with a chukka style upper, complete with an asymmetrical lace-up system.

Jordan Brand’s description of the sneaker says:

With a carbon fiber plate and full-length air outsole, the Jordan Future offers lightweight comfort and cushioning. Enhancing the minimalist nature of the shoe, the deconstructed upper foregoes a heel counter and toe enforcer. The asymmetrical lacing reduces pressure across the top of the foot, while the suede interior and ankle collar enhance comfort.

The release date for the Jordan Future is Saturday 15th March, and the colour ways they have shown us are that of the Black / Glow OR Black/ Infrared version. In my opinion, I will purchase one for sure, something different and as the name says, it’s looking ahead to the Future, not trying to recreate the OG colourways and designs that so many sneaker heads would like to see protected, and remain as classics with no re-productions.
