With the Sunday being a full wash out for the 2018 Notting Hill Carnival, it was a joy to see that the main adults day on Monday, brought great weather for all to enjoy Notting Hill Carnival. I missed out on it this year, and I make this promise to attend the 2019 Notting Hill Carnival. Until then, enjoy these images.
